[Bldg-sim] space type breakdown in office buildings

All,

I'm looking for a credible source for representative space type breakdown in
typical office buildings, presumably based on data collected from existing
office buildings. Preferably for california, but nationwide will do too. An
example breakdown I have looks like this:


Net Area, [sf] % of Floor  Open Offices 21,675 63.6%  Private Offices 5,934
17.4%  Conference Rooms 1,810 5.3%  Corridor 600 1.8%  Printer/Copier 214
