[Bldg-sim] space type breakdown in office buildings

Hi Ramana,
A quick source of info would be to select an office building in the eQUEST
wizard and see what the breakdowns are in it. I'm sure the developer's used
a reliable source of info to generate their numbers and they would probably
even tell you what it is if you asked.
