Subject: [Bldg-sim] Advise on Daylighting program

Can anyone advise if there is a daylighting program that uses intended
illumination levels to generate window options? I remember reading about one
long ago from an article by Eliyahu Ne'Eman: I believe from LBL UC(Berk.). I
never heard of it since that article in Energy & Buildings.
