Leed for retail has baselines and approved references to be utilized for
kitchen equipment and ventilation

Commercial Interiors credit EAc1.3 Optimize Energy Performance – HVAC does
reference the Energy Cost Budget Method. Previous versions of LEED NC & CI

I did not see if you stated which LEED version applies but that will be
important.****
