I know about the water run-around loop, is there a run-around loop that uses
a heat pump system?

It would have a refrigerant coil in the exhaust air stream and a refrigerant
coil in the outside air stream.  I would think this would allow the outside
air to be conditioned to a temperature above (or below) the exhaust air.

I don't know if it would be practical, but I can't find anybody who makes
anything on the web.
