[Bldg-sim] Leed Template - Unmet hrs

Hello,

I am currently filling-up my LEED Template , in Table 1.3 - Advisory Messages, I 
am not sure how to fill up the Number of hours cooling loads not met because my 
BEPS report shows that I have "Percent of hours any system zone outside of 
throttling range = 1.6" and "Percent of hours any plant load not satisfied = 
2.3"
Do I just list the hours of system load not met 140 hrs (1.6 x 8760/100) or do I 
need to also include the plant not met hours?
