[Bldg-sim] Tripoli - Libya Climate Zone

I just learned that the Energy Plus .stat file indicates the climate zone.
If there's a weather file for Tripoli on the E+ Web site, you can download
and check it out.  (The .stat file is text.)

ASHRAE 2009 Fundamentals list Tripoli, Libya as having 8 HDD 10 C / 4016 CDD
10 C.

 

So, according to Standard 169-2006, that's Zone 2B (Dry)  (3500 < CDD 10 C <
5000).
