[Bldg-sim] Compartment units with DOAS (EE4)

Hello,

We have a building with a dedicated fresh air unit supplying tempered air to
compartment units on each floor which feed VAV boxes. Right now, this is
being modelled as a separate VAV unit for each floor, with the heating and
cooling capacities, fan power, etc. from the DOAS being distributed and
added to the cooling capacities, fan power, etc. of the compartment units. I
am not sure that this is the correct way to represent this system in EE4 and
would welcome suggestions/advise on how to best model this system.
