[Bldg-sim] Beginner Building Simulation

Dear Paulo,

You may want to take a look at DesignBuilder. It is a program that I have
started to use and am quite happy with its effective graphic user interface
as well as its visual delivery of results. It uses DOE's Energy+ program in
its algorithms which is a well established software on its own. There is a
month long free trial plus helpful online tutorials on how to use the
program's features.
Perhaps spending some time on this program may help you get a better feel on
what the advantages and limitations of these simulations are.
