Assuming you’re referring to degree day bases that are exactly equal (e.g. “50F and 10C” or “68F and 20C”, then the conversion should be simply HDDF = 1.8 * HDDC and CDDF = 1.8 * CDDC, since the values are incremental above a base temperature and not an absolute temperature. In a literal sense, these are actually Rankine DD and Kelvin DD respectively.
