[Bldg-sim] European user profiles

Dear all,

we are looking for user profiles for European residential consumers:
electricity, gas or oil, district heating/cooling.

We want to use then as a basis to map the differences across Europe and to
analyze the impact on the effective primary energy consumption of
households across Europe.
