[Bldg-sim] 90.1 Occupancy

Does anybody know off the top what the ASHRAE 90.1 Lighting Occupancy is 
for High/Mid (four story) Residential Apartment/Dorm (private baths)??????

I'm using "Building Area Multi-Family" now, but I'm not sure that's 
right, and I can't find anything better.

Hoping for a better answer....
