[Bldg-sim] Two adjacent apartment buildings - One LEED Project

It has been suggested to me that two adjacent apartment buildings being 
built at the same time can be modeled as one LEED project.

This sounds wrong to me, but if anybody knows if this is possible, well, 
I'm always willing to learn.

Two Buildings as One LEED Project?  Yes or no?
