I have solved the problem with the decimals. I have changed the "," to the
".". And at least I can fill the fields in the IDFEditr but a new problem
has occurred and I do not know if it has been caused by that change or not:
I can not run the EPLaunch. When I click on it, the program does not start,
it appears down in the screen but it is impossible to maximise it, I have to
close it down. I have re installed the program and the problem persists. Any
ideas?

There is a known problem using the IDF Editor when the operating
system is set to use "," as the decimal symbol. It will display
values correctly, but it will not edit properly. The only ways
around this problem are to change the control panel setting for
decimal symbol or to use a text file editor instead of the IDF
editor.
