Since this is a scheduled feature, the design level is modified by the 
Scheduled fraction and that becomes the potential air flow between the two 
zones.

(i.e. if the design level is 30 m3/s and the schedule value for that hour 
is .5 then the actual amount used will be 15 m3/s)

Yes, we hope to have both mixing and cross mixing working properly in the 
1.0.1 release.
