Hi
I always found the DOE2.1E Utitity Rate and related commands 
excellent at modelling complex electric utility tariffs and an 
invaluable and essential part of DOE.  Most clients are not 
interested in CO2, they are interested in $!

Are there plans to add similar features to EP, and if so, when?
