[EnergyPlus_Support] zone axis

I have doubts were is the best "location" to put the zoe axis.
For the drawing in the PDF file where is the best location for zone 9 
axis?My choice was the dot in the left corner.
I also have doubts for zone 10 and 11.
If anyone give me their opinion I thanks.
Assume wall´s thickness and other measures.
I want to know where do you put the zone axis for zone 9,10,11.
And also the coordinates for one exterior wall and one interzone wall.
How does wall thickness "works" in energyPlus?
