[EnergyPlus_Support] Running E+ per hand

There are two methods running E+ by hand, but I cannot manage any.

1. RunningEnergyPlusByHand:
Although the required files IDF, IDD, EPW, INI are in the same directory as the executable running the code with the command line "EnergyPlus" produces the error message "EnergyPlus Terminated--Error(s) Detected".

2. Running EnergyPlus Using a procedure file
Although setting the "program_path", "program_name" and "input_path" in the batch file and typing the command "RunEPlus" inclusive the required file names does not produce any result.
