In EnergyPlus\Examples\Misc see the WindAC.idf example file to see 
how to set up a zone with a thermostat and window air conditioner.

The amount of heat rejected to the outside is not reported directly, 
but it is the sum of "DX Coil Total Cooling Energy[J]" and "DX 
Cooling Coil Electric Consumption[J]"
