[EnergyPlus_Support] BIN to EPW

Title: BIN to EPW

Dear Linda, dear Michael,

I'd appreciate if you could convert this DOE-2 Singapore weather file into EPW. <<SINGAPOR.BIN>>
The existing EPW weather file for Singapore has an unrealistic temperature peak in the morning and the overall temperature curve is very angular.
