[EnergyPlus_Support] simulation gets stuck

Unsure if any of you have gotten the similar problem.  I am running sets of 
E+ simulations by varying operation parameters such as plant 
setpoints.  for some specific parameter combinations, which are reasonable 
both theoretically and practically, E+ simulations get stuck at the warming 
up stage.  Wondering what might cause the problem and how to fix it.  Thanks.
