[EnergyPlus_Support] New File -- US Holidays/DST

I recently created a new Folder and uploaded a file there.  The folder is:

http://groups.yahoo.com/group/EnergyPlus_Support/files/Holidays_DST_DataSets/

And the new file is:

http://groups.yahoo.com/group/EnergyPlus_Support/files/Holidays_DST_DataSets/USHolidays-DST.idf

This file contains the national/federal work holidays observed in the US as 
well as the Daylight Saving Period -- ready to use in your IDFs as desired.

I created the folder for anyone else to share their country's similar 
definitions for holidays.
