Re: [EnergyPlus_Support] EnergyPlus V1.0.3 -- officially released

I have attempted to download E+ 10.3 unsuccessfully twice now the first time by a dial-up modem and got an indication that the download time would be over three (3) hours so I canceled out resulting in a unsuccessful download but a "registered user" classification on my E-Mail address (jmax@xxxxxxxxxx).  Last night (12/6/02) I went to a friend's house that has ATT cable modem.  There I attempted to download E+ 10.3 and was informed that I could not because the seanet E-Mail address was already registered.  I left my name; street address; company & phone the same but entered my secondary E-Mail address (jmax@xxxxxxxxxxxxx) to successfully get through (or past) the registration filter web page.  I then downloaded something with a file name and burned it on a CD to get it home to my computer.  When I attempted to open (install) it I found that the file that I had is 7,625KB and the install program is looking for 28,7550'327 KB of information so now I have to go back and start the download process over again.  The problem now is that I can't because I have "registered unsuccessfully twice and now can't get another shot at a download.

 

Is there any way that you folks can aid in getting me past that registration filter web page so that I can have a shot at getting a valid download of the latest E+ program?  I have no idea why the last attempt brought in a program copy of the wrong size maybe you could help troubleshoot that problem also.
