In the email that gave you the password, you will find a link that takes 
you directly to a page that will allow you to download.  Specifically, you 
do not have to and should not re-register.

Please tell us if you continue to have problems downloading.  A cable modem 
certainly should be capable of the full download.  We want to put it up in 
intelligent "pieces" but have not accomplished this action yet.
