1)    How make a zone?
Use zone tool to make a zone. Double click on the "zone tool" icon for
settings.


2)    How make a wall?
You should read Getting Started manual of ArchiCAD. ArchiCAD comes with
a very good "Step by Step tutorial". Go through that, you will learn
everything you need.
 
NOTE: to avoid problems regarding wall connection, define your wall
thickness as 0. There's a wall tool to draw up your walls. Here is a
list of ArchiCAD tutorials available for free. Go through that:

I have used autocad for long years, but Archicad isn't 
similar to interface and command structure of autocad

So, I'm a begineer to ArchiCAD.
