Max iteration errors can happen for many reasons.  In this particular 
case, your file runs in version 1.0.3 without any such errors.  There 
were some improvements made in the plant loop iteration algorithms 
which probably solved the problem for this particular file.  So, I 
would suggest that you upgrade to v1.0.3.
