[EnergyPlus_Support] Updated 3zvent (COMIS) example file

We recently discovered that the example file for COMIS (3zvent) in the 
1.0.3 distribution was an old version which, while it runs, does not 
highlight many of the new features for the V1.0.3 COMIS implementation.
