[EnergyPlus_Support] Support during the holidays

Dear EnergyPlus Users:   

During the Christmas and New Year's holiday season, from December 21 
through January 5, response to support questions may be delayed.  E- 
mail will be checked occasionally and answered if possible, but some 
requests may have to wait until the full team returns to work.  If 
other users are able to answer questions during this time, we would 
appreciate your assistance.
