I believe we answered this before:
The algorithms have been tested and verified as per "Liesen, R.J. and
Pedersen, C.O., "Modeling the Energy Effects of Combined Heat and Mass
Transfer in Building Elements; Part 1, Theory", ASHRAE Transactions,
1999". These algorithms were then installed identically in EnergyPlus as
they were installed in the research version of BLAST. The tests were
against the program from FSEC, MOIST from NIST, and analytical
solutions. No direct test files are available.
Not sure, but the paper may be downloadable from the web site or surely
from the ASHRAE page.
