[EnergyPlus_Support] control issues

I am having some control issues with the .idf file I posted in my folder in
the problem submittal's area.  It seems that no matter how I change the
controls or schedules, the hvac does not perform.  it either cools too much
or not enough.  Am I missing something?  A quick solution would be much
appresiated, because I have to have these simulations done the afternoon,
and I am a little tired of looking at the input file.
