If you loaded the Example Files when you installed EnergyPlus, it's in the 
"Misc" folder under Example Files.  Doesn't have an associated output like 
some of them, but it should give you some idea.

If you want to send me your input file (mailto:linda@xxxxxxxxxx) I'll run 
it through our development version which has a lot of new built in kinds of 
checks that we hope will help find node / loop connection errors.
