[EnergyPlus_Support] Need help for error masage

Hi all ! 
I am trying to create a file using the same unit for heating and 
cooling at 1 zone 
While running the HeatPump.idf file ( after deleting the East and 
West zones ) I got this error masage : 

** Warning ** SimHVAC: Maximum iterations exceeded for all HVAC 
loops, CHANUTE AFB ILLINOIS WINTER, 01/21 00:10 - 00:20 ***

and so on for all hours .

and then : ** Warning ** SimHVAC: Exceeding max iterations 
continues...50        and then 100,150,200...  till  350 .

Do you know were is the problem ? 
Can I attaced the file for the forum ?
