[EnergyPlus_Support] Why Zone and Node mismatch in .bnd file ?

To illustrate the problem, I use example file FurnaceDXauto.idf.
In the file,
RESISTIVE ZONE=ZONE1
EAST ZONE     =ZONE2
NORTH ZONE    =ZONE3
I only changed the order of the zones in keyword ZONE in IDF.
and the .bnd output shows:
[EAST ZONE matched to ZONE 1]
[NORTH ZONE matched to ZONE 2]
The cooled zone order in .bnd will follow the order defined in ZONE,
and makes the zone and node mismatch.
Does this matter to the simulation ?
