The current MTF algorithm is only valid for short simulation periods 
due to the non-linear nature of the moisture transport properties.  
The surfaces can store moisture, so the assumption that the fluxes 
should balance to zero is not valid.  For more details, please see 
the Engineering Reference, p. 23, "Moisture transfer material 
properties."
