[EnergyPlus_Support] Re: Effect of minimal HVAC loads on simulation results

So my understanding of what you said is that when HVAC loads are 
minimized the quality of construction and quality of installation 
become very important to the simulation program - does EnergyPlus 
have the capability to take these into consideration?
