[EnergyPlus_Support] COMIS Question

I'm looking to model a typical apartment unit in a building to see if there
is a need for air conditioning during the summer months. I basically want
to run a simulation during the summer and output the space temperatures in
my zones. I would also want to run an identical simulation with the windows
of the apartment open, using the COMIS tool to see how those temperatures
vary between simulations.

I can build the physical entities of my model without any problem, the
geometries and construction are all known.

I have never really used the COMIS tool before, but have read through the
section in the manual and still have some questions. Can I used COMIS to
measure the space temperatures in only one zone? Also, can I have 2
exterior node points on the same (side) exposure of a zone?

Any help / insight you could offer would be greatly appreciated, or if there
is something I did not explain clearly, please let me know and I can
clarify. If someone knows a better way to model the situation I'm trying to
analyze, perhaps you could point me in the right direction.

Thanks in advance.
