Greg,

If I understand you correctly, you want to run COMIS for just one zone of  a
building, and
then extract the space temperature for just that zone. You can do that in
EnergyPlus by
simply defining COMIS nodes for only that zone. However, keep in mind then
there would
then be no air flow either to the other zones through infiltration or from
zone to zone, which
was the primary reason for adding COMIS to EnergyPlus.

As to your second question, yes, you can have sweveral exterior node points
on the same
exposure or wall of a zone, like a bank of windows, etc. Ideally, you would
want to input
different pressure coefficients for each node point, because otherwise the
flow characteristics
for the multiple nodes would be identical.
