Yes the DX cooling coil responds to the humidistat.  Look at the 
documentation for the object UNITARYSYSTEM:BLOWTHRU:HEATCOOL or 
FURNACE:BLOWTHRU:HEATCOOL. Look at the fields related to "high 
humidity control".
