Re: [EnergyPlus_Support] beginner questions - sky clearness, building north axis



CORRECTION!  I made a very serious typing error in my reply to this 
question.  The correct response is:

Clearness of 1.0 is a perfectly clear sky at sea level.  Higher  
altitudes can have clearness greater than 1.0.
