[EnergyPlus_Support] Santa Barbara TMY2 data

Hi, 

I am looking for the TMY2 data for Santa Barbara, CA.
But the only 8760-hour data I can find is from DOE2
website in "*.bin" format. How can I convert it into
*.tm2 or *.epw format? 

If anyone have Santa Barbara TMY2 already, could you
please send me? (email: hannahyan@xxxxxxxxx)
