Re: [EnergyPlus_Support] Santa Barbara TMY2 data

There isn't a TMY2 for Santa Barbara so I'd be careful.
That data may have been in TMY2 format but might be
only a single year of data and not typical.

The closest California locations are Oxnard-Point
Mugu NAWS, which is 25 miles south and Santa Maria,
which is north 50 miles or so. The Oxnard location
is likely to be more appropriate.

(Both are available for download on the EnergyPlus
web site: http://www.energyplus.gov/cfm/weatherdata_us.cfm#CA )

Hi,

I am looking for the TMY2 data for Santa Barbara, CA.
But the only 8760-hour data I can find is from DOE2
website in "*.bin" format. How can I convert it into
*.tm2 or *.epw format?

If anyone have Santa Barbara TMY2 already, could you
please send me? (email: hannahyan@xxxxxxxxx)

Thanks!

Hannah
