I cannot think of a way to do this.  Since your goal is to obtain a 
design load, then it should be adequate for you to set the latent 
load in the space equal to the evaporation rate at your design 
conditions.  This should give you a good result for your design load. 
 Of course, it would not give you a good estimate for annual energy 
use.
