RE: [EnergyPlus_Support] - Uploaded Dual Duct file

Thanks, Mike. With regards to the set point managers, I am now unsure as to how to connect the humidifier up to multiple zones. On relection, the "maximum iterations exceeded" file could be caused by the air loop outlet node being referenced so often. I figured referring the zones to the same node would in a sense create a splitter for humidification. Is there an example file available where more than one zone is served by a humidifier? Can the humidifier serve the zones without a set point manager? After all, there is already a setpoint outlined in the "Humidistat" object. Thanks in advance,

Sam Roose

A dual duct system needs two air branches, each with an exit node.
These exit nodes are listed in a node list which is specified as the
"AirLoop Outlet Nodes" list in the AIR PRIMARY LOOP object. These
nodes, and the order in which they are listed, must correspond with
the nodes in the "SupplyAirPath ZoneEquipGroup Inlet Nodes" list.

I only see one air branch in your simulation. You need a branch for
the hot side and a branch for the cold side. See one of the dual
	duct examples, such as

	\EnergyPlus\ExampleFiles\Misc\DualDuctVarVolDamper.idf

Also, I see many set point managers all acting on the same node (Air
Loop Outlet Node). This will not work as you expect. Each setpoint
manager will overwrite the value placed on the setpoint node, so only
the last one in the list will actually control the node.
