[EnergyPlus_Support] Transition tool uploaded to Files area

This is the transition tool version for 1.1.0 to 1.1.1.

Some changes introduced this time will become significant in later releases 
(i.e. some names are currently accepted both ways but won't be in the 
future).  Also, some report variables changed name -- the transition tool 
can update your old files for this and other changes:

   File        : /Utilities/Transition-V1-1-0-to-V1-1-1.zip
   Uploaded by : lklawrie <linda@xxxxxxxxxx>
   Description : Zip file of "transition" set -- to assist in converting 
from 1.1.0.020 IDFs to 1.1.1.012 IDFs.
