[EnergyPlus_Support] Errors with windows/doors using Comis

When using the Comis airflow program, for some reason it is having problems 
with the way I have specified my windows and doors.  The errors I am getting 
are

FOR DOORS:

   ** Severe  ** &-NET-LINks:  LinkNr: LIVING ZONE DOOR 2
                    Room heights of from and to zone
   ************* have to be input with H/D/W option ! Otherwise Cd can not be 
calculated!

FOR WINDOWS:

   ** Severe  ** &-NET-LINks:  LinkNr: LIVING ZONE WINDOW 5
                    Room depth
   ************* has to be input with H/D/W option ! Otherwise Cd can not be 
calculated!

What do I need to do to fix this problem.
