[EnergyPlus_Support] Ground Heat Transfer

In the input guide and idd, it says if EquivSizing=TRUE, include the 
EquifAutoGrid module but not the AutoSizing module.  I notice the 
example file has EquivSizing=TRUE and also the Autosizing module,   
and the file seems to run OK this with both included.
