"low temperature radiant system:hydronic" models hyrdonic tubing 
which is embeded in a surface, such as a heated floor slab.  For 
radiators, the best available model is "BASEBOARD 
HEATER:Water:Convective".  This models fin-tube coils which heat 
primarily by natural convection and is currently used to model all 
types of free-standing or surface mounted hot water "radiators".
