[EnergyPlus_Support] Can simulate the energy consumption of WLHP

Dear all,
 
I am a new comer in E+, need some help:
 
here is an office building employing water loop heat pump(WLHP), it has no interior area, ie no need to cooling in winter, How to simulate the energy performance of the system, could anyone give me some idea on how to start? Thanks a lot!
