Ming,

I was able to recreate your problem in EnergyPlus/COMIS, but when I run the
COMIS *.cif file created by EnergyPlus, it runs fine.  So, I have to do some
more investigation to determine what's causing the problem.  I'll respond
when I've found the cause and/or solution.
