[EnergyPlus_Support] Shading control

I have some problem with shading control:
I want a control "always on" at night, instead during the day I need 
to have a control on the angle of blind slat. Blind is exterior and 
the angle that I want is 105° respect to the orizontal. I need this 
control to massimize the solar gain in winter.
How I can to do?
